1. Bond with Your Tots over Sporty Activities at the Sports Hub Community Play Day!

Singapore Sports Hub is hosting a summer themed community play day this Saturday, featuring a long line-up of exhilarating sports activities. You can bogie away at the Summer Spin Jam with various dance workouts, frolic in the water at Splash & Dash with an array of water inflatables, or form a team and try your hand at multiple sports activities and solve mysteries.

Aside from that you can also enjoy various football inspired activities (including football) such as Pool Football, Experience Sports and Learn-to-Play Footvolley, in celebration of the Singapore Football Celebration.

2. Enter a Whimsical Reading Space at Read! Fest!

Read! Fest will be transforming Plaza Singapura into a whimsical reading space, filled with exciting games, roving book mascots and literary performances. You can expect storytelling sessions and genre-specific activity booths where you can take on literary challenges. There will also be a performance of the fairytale, Pied Piper of Hamelin, around the mall.

3. Feast Your Taste Buds at The Sentosa GrillFest! 

Location: Siloso Beach, Sentosa

1 km stretch of mouth-watering offerings to indulge in, soft sand under your feet, and roaming performances to keep you entertained, Sentosa GrillFest is back again this year and we hear it’s bigger than before!

This year will see not only the largest number of participating establishments, 27 food and beverage establishment, but also for the first time, among them, six stalls will be set up on the beach! On top of that you can also chill out with a movie at 8 pm each day of Sentosa GrillFest.

5. Have a Jolly Jamboree with Your Little Ones with SpongeBob PartyPants!

Gather your little ones, it’s SpongeBob’s 20^th birthday party celebration this weekend and it’s chock-full of fun activities! Expect party game stations featuring large iconic landmarks from the popular show, such as SpongeBob’s Pineapple House, Plankton’s Chum Bucket and Sandy’s Treedom. You can dance off with SpongeBob, join in the first-ever Bubble Party, compete in a jellyfishing race, or hop around Goo Lagoon, among other things!

There will also be a movie screening of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water at 7.30 pm at Our Tampines Hub’s Event Plaza.
