2. Pillow Fight! – Sleepover for Children (TBC)

Grab your sleeping bags and head off for an overnight stay at the museum. Explore the grounds after hours – go on a treasure hunt, and make your own supper snack. Huddle around for storytelling after dark, and catch a film screening. The museum is yours – all night long.

Batman, Ultraman and Superman are superheroes with enduring appeal that continue to be popular today. A tour of the museum’s collection will show how they have changed over the decades, through the differences in the materials, colours or even design of these toys. Next, participants will get to mould their own superhero with clay and express their own “super powers”. After all, everyone can be a superhero in their own way!
