2. SCCC X JangandFox: Discover Values Cherished by the Chinese

Commissioned by the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC), JangandFox creates a brand-new series that showcases Chinese Singaporean culture through the heart-warming encounters of Little Otter and his friends around Singapore.
Visit SCCC’s website, or follow SCCC’s Facebook page to enjoy 60 vibrant sketches, available in both English and Chinese, that are based on ten key family values – loyalty, filial piety, kindness, love, courtesy, righteousness, honesty, shame, thrift, and perseverance - featured at the SCCC’s permanent exhibition SINGAPO人: Discovering Chinese Singaporean Culture.
The sketches will be uploaded progressively weekly.
3. vOilah! France Singapore Festival 2020

France Singapore Festival 2020 returns from 22 October to 22 November 2020 with an exciting line-up of close to 50 programs online and on-site across the arts, education, science and lifestyle. The festival presents a truly unique Singaporean perspective on French experiences, underpinned by the strong friendship between both countries.

4. Masters of Speed 2020 – Go Kart Time Attack

If you love thrills and adventures, check out the Masters of Speed 2020 – Go Kart Time Attack. The competition will be held over eight weeks. In total, there are four window periods or “qualifiers”. The top three winners with the fastest time clocked will qualify for the next round or window. Winners for each window will also receive NTUC cash vouchers and sponsors’ products.
There are three categories – Adult (min. 18 years), Kids (9 – 17 years) and Family (1 adult and 1 kid). You can book your tickets online.
5. War Time Food & Sustainability Workshop

Sentosa and Edible Garden City are presenting their first collaboration workshop: Wartime Food & Sustainability Workshop, where you’ll get to immerse yourself in the rich history of our island while learning more about the past, present and future of food in Singapore.
Hidden amid the rich history of Fort Siloso, is a hidden gem of an edible garden. Take a walk through on a guided tour, and learn about how our grandparents and their parents ate during the war. Touch, smell and taste spices and herbs, and find out how these ingredients were used to flavor the staple tapioca and sweet potato dishes.
You will also get to grow and nurture your own tapioca plant which can be harvested in about one to three months.
