The third UNIQLO store in the west region of Singapore will launch new features that will provide a seamless online to offline (O2O) shopping experience for all.
As part of its continuous efforts to make lives better, UNIQLO Singapore will be opening a new store in The Clementi Mall this 24 June 2022. The new store is designed to provide shoppers with a seamless O2O shopping experience catered to their needs.
Here are some of the things that shoppers can look forward to:
A Seamless O2O Shopping Experience
With online shopping becoming the preferred way to purchase items these days, UNIQLO Singapore continues to offer new services that bring greater convenience to its fans both online and at its brick-and-mortar stores.
Online Returns Box
UNIQLO has now introduced its very first in-store return in Singapore, exclusively at The Clementi Mall store. Customers can do so hassle-free by dropping off their items in the Online Returns Box located near the store entrance, which is exclusive to UNIQLO The Clementi Mall for now.
Same Day Click & Collect Service
This allows customers to pick up their orders on the same day when they place their orders online by 12pm. The Clementi Mall store is the only outlet to offer the earliest pickup time, from 6pm onwards. More information can be found here.
UNIQLO also offers alteration services online for selected bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans with the option of either a Normal Stitch of Blind Stitch as their preferred alteration technique.
Complimentary Recycled-Paper Measuring Tape
To ensure the perfect fit for their pants or jeans, customers can pick up a complimentary recycled-paper measuring tape to measure their bottoms in-store before ordering online.
Alteration Services Online
UNIQLO also offers alteration services online for selected bottoms, such as full-length pants and jeans with the option of either a Normal Stitch of Blind Stitch as their preferred alteration technique. More information can be found here.
Extra Size Corner
At the Extra Size Corner, customers can try on sizes including XS, XXL and 3XL before purchasing online, majority of the apparels displayed will be customised for the Gen Zs, catering to tertiary students who frequent the vicinity.
Opening Specials
Complimentary Chocolate Or Ondeh Ondeh Roll
From 24 to 26 June 2022, the first 200 UNIQLO APP members to visit the store each day can enjoy either a complimentary Chocolate or Ondeh Ondeh Roll from Polar Puffs & Cakes, without any purchase required.
Enjoy Old-School Snacks
UNIQLO APP members can also enjoy exclusive treats as they take a trip down memory lane with nostalgic snacks from childhood. From 24 to 26 June 2022, UNIQLO APP members can redeem snacks such as Iced Gem Biscuits, Craze Hottis, Seaweed Flakes and Roasted Peanuts from Shopee Supermarket with any purchase, while stocks last.
Redeem A Refreshing Coconut Shake
With a minimum purchase of SGD 80, UNIQLO APP members can redeem a refreshing Signature Coconut Shake from Mr. Coconut, the perfect thirst-quencher after a shopping trip.
Free Wheat Straw Bowl & Cutlery Set
They can also receive a complimentary Wheat Straw Bowl and Cutlery Set, which is multi-functional and compactly designed for everyday use, while stocks last.

In line with UNIQLO’s efforts to support and engage the local community through the power of clothing, the brand has found opportunities to provide students from tertiary institutions located within the larger Clementi neighbourhood a platform to showcase their talents.
Exciting Performances
Through its partnership with Singapore Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, students from these institutions will enliven the festive shopping atmosphere during the store opening with exciting performances and the debut of an exclusive UNIQLO song produced and performed by Singapore’s Polytechnic’s very own Strictly Dance Zone.
Livestream
Those who are keen to catch a sneak preview of the new store ahead of its opening can do so through a livestream on 23 June 2022, 8pm, co-hosted by UNIQLO and students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s radio station, Radio Heatwave. The livestream will bring viewers on a virtual store tour to highlight its services, upcoming collections, exclusive Limited Offers to look forward to, and outfit recommendations for students and working adults.
