The Ministry of Education (MOE) announces the 2021 school year for all primary and secondary school students, including school holidays!
Primary and secondary students will be starting the 2021 school year on 4 Jan 2020, Monday, and end on Nov 19 2020, Friday. They will also be enjoying 4 semester breaks within the year.
There will also be 4 scheduled school holidays which makes for 11 long weekends in 2021 (including days you need to take 1 day leave)!

Semester 1
- Term 1: Jan 4 to Mar 12
- Term 2: Mar 22 to May 28
Semester 2
- Term 3: Jun 28 to Sep 3
- Term 4: Sep 13 to Nov 19*
*For venues used as GCE O Levels, the last day will be Oct 29.
