1. Jypsy Parkland Green in East Coast Park

2. Ginkyō by Kinki Opens at One Holland Village

Ginkyō by Kinki is inspired by the Icho Matsuri ‘Ginkgo Festival’ in Tokyo – an Autumnal custom where one and all gather to revel in the spectacle of ginkgo leaves taking on brilliant golden hues. 

Located at One Holland Village, Ginkyō aims to redefine the Japanese dining experience with a playful blend of authenticity and contemporary creativity, expressed through its accessible bistro menu of global flavours in Japanese favourites and a lively, casual setting.

3. Fireplace by Bedrock is Newly Opened at One Holland Village

Stepping into the restaurant, families will immediately notice the open fire grill. The fire provides a certain homely warmth as you make your way to your table. 

Look forward to a sensorial experience as the open-kitchen anchors the space, offering all diners a mesmerising view of chefs working at the open wood-fire grill. If you are lucky (or if you pre-ordered), you will may even get to see the lamb or suckling pig being slow-cooked over the grill too. 4. PS.Cafe Opens 11th Outlet at Jewel Changi Airport

Known for its delectable classic comfort food and decadent urban escapes, PS.Cafe has landed at Jewel Changi Airport. The 11th PS.Cafe outlet in Singapore showcases the brand’s signature design treatment, transforming it into a beautiful sanctuary in the brand’s now legendary hallmark style.

PS.Cafe at Jewel is inspired by the functional elegance of yesteryear’s aviation travel. It features sleek lines, geometric patterns, and the thoughtful application of modern materials, embodying a timeless fusion of form and function. Stately vaulted ceilings illuminated by soft lights and a colour palette of white, black and chrome are brought to life by the thoughtful application of mixed media, blending tile, wood and glass. Glorious floral displays provide a stunning backdrop against which guests will dine on the brand’s signature comfort food.

5. Baskin-Robbins Singapore at One Holland Village

Baskin-Robbins has been at the forefront of the ice cream industry since 1945, consistently serving an irresistible line-up of innovative ice cream flavours and specially crafted frozen confections. Known as the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, the brand made its debut in Singapore in 2011 and has since opened six stores across the island.

Baskin-Robbins' latest and seventh outlet at the new One Holland Village has opened on 1 December 2023, and will feature a myriad of the brand's ice cream flavors and sundaes.

Baskin-Robbin's Singapore's seventh outlet at One Holland Village will feature a 'grab-and-go' concept, which provides a new and convenient way for ice cream enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite treats. 

6. KEK Seafood Opens its 3rd Outlet at SAFRA Punggol

Crank up the Lunar New Year celebrations at Kinki Restaurant + Bar with the return of the Ultimate Kinki Yu Sheng* ($88++) – Kinki’s very own take on the traditional yu sheng with an unconventional twist. Good for 4 to 5 people, the modern Japanese-style yu sheng will be available from 1 to 29 February 2024 for dine-in only.

31. Prosperity Of Fortune Dragon Year At Golden Peony

Representing authority and good fortune synonymous with the Dragon, at Golden Peony, master of Cantonese cuisine Chef Ku Keung presents an extraordinary collection of set menus and à la carte specialties for guests to enjoy from 15 January to 24 February.

Golden Peony’s rendition of the iconic traditional Yu Sheng dish, the Fortune Gold Flakes Yu Sheng features a medley of prized ingredients including lobster, baby abalone, crispy white bait, golden coin chicken bak kwa, fish skin, and fresh fruit. The Yu Sheng is also available for pick-up or delivery.

Chef Ku has also curated four opulent set menus for diners celebrating in groups of 10, alongside two set menus for intimate celebrations, as well as a vegetarian menu. 32. Bountiful Offerings At Oscar’s

Oscar’s is a vibrant international buffet stalwart, where Eastern and Western cuisine meet. From 22 January to 25 February, celebrants can ring in the Year of the Dragon and indulge in the lavish array of seasonal specialties offered by the restaurant’s open kitchens and live stations.

From 9 February to 12 February, diners can also experience a special brunch and dinner menu at Oscar’s, featuring exclusive menu items like unlimited Boston Lobster, Pan Fried Chicken Gyoza with Lao Gan Ma and Balsamic Pearl, Foie Gras Brioche, Roasted Herbs Prime Ribs with Merlot Jus, Truffle Mash and Assorted Mustard. 33. A Fortune of Feasts for the Year of the Dragon at Yàn

YÀN welcomes the Year of the Dragon with an abundance of traditional Cantonese delights to furnish festivities and bedeck communal tables. From now to 24 February 2024, gather with family and friends alike around spreads of well-loved classics, available for dine-in and takeaway.

Celebrate at the restaurant with a curated assortment of à la carte dishes and six dine-in set menus (from $128++ to $268.80++ per person) brimming with sumptuous specialities. 

Herald heights of prosperity and well-being soaring into the Year of the Dragon with YÀN’s headlining Kaleidoscope of Prosperity Yu Sheng in “Shun De” Style with Australian Lobster. A mountain of crispy, crackling vermicelli crowned with shredded purple and yellow sweet potatoes, pickled ginger, and gold flakes rests atop a vibrant halo of vegetables. In honour of the year’s Zodiac animal, succulent lobster — which translates directly from Mandarin to “dragon shrimp” — joins the ensemble.

Homonymous with abundance, fish beckons ample surplus as a staple of the festive table. In the Golden Pumpkin Broth with Dried Fish Maw, Conpoy and Bamboo Pith, a hearty serving of tender fish maw is housed in a smooth, golden stew of pumpkin sweetened with scallops. The Steamed Live Marble Goby Fish with Shredded Salted Vegetables, Taiwan Cordia Tree Seeds, Mushrooms, Ginger and Tomatoes is another customary favourite.

Symbolising wishes for happiness and frequent laughter, the Smiling Sesame Balls are a festive Cantonese classic to end the meal. As these are fried, they split on the surface, each crack resembling a smile spreading on one’s face.

YÀN’s signature Harvest Pen Cai, replete with ingredients valued for their symbolism, is available for takeaway via delivery and self-collection. A plenteous set menu and an array of festive treats outfit joyous reunions at home.

34. Bountiful Buffets & Family Fun at Estate

At Estate located at Hilton Singapore Orchard, diners will receive a complimentary platter of Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng to begin their meals. A lavish buffet spread follows, featuring Lunar New Year specials like Whole Roasted Suckling Pig, Wok Hei Tiger Prawns, Maine Lobster Dumplings, and more.

On 11 February, Estate’s Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch will also be elevated with these traditional classics, along with premium seafood specialties, an avocado bar, and a spread of 32 European cheeses. Chinese Calligraphy Learning activities and a Live Magician will also be present during Sunday Brunch to entertain the little ones.

35. A Gastronomic Journey at Feng Shui Inn this Lunar New Year

Embark on a gastronomic journey this Lunar New Year at Feng Shui Inn (风水廷) with Executive Chef Li Kwok Kwong’s meticulously crafted menu that promises to elevate the festive celebrations with a nod to a prosperous year ahead. The Eternal Fortune Menu (S$288++ per person) features prized ingredients in dishes such as Double-boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest, Fresh Crab Meat, Superior Stock; Stewed 6 Head South Africa Abalone, Sea Cucumber stuffed Shrimp Paste; and Crispy Suckling Pig Fillet, Crispy Crab Claw in Thai Sauce.

Other ala-carte menu highlights include the exquisite Lobster, Shredded Taro, Ice Plant Crystalline Yu Sheng, Homemade Aged Vinegar Dressing (S$188++ per portion). Featuring fresh wild-caught lobster enveloped in sweet and sour, rich, and aromatic flavours, alongside crispy taro threads and crunchy sea grapes.

For a grand feast, guests can order the impressive Classic Auspicious Treasure Pen Cai (S$688++ for 10 people), a symphony of fresh and high-quality seafood, including abalone, sea cucumber, premium oysters, top-tier dried scallops, and fresh grouper. 

Seafood and meat enthusiasts can look forward to the Stir-fried Tiger Prawns, Dried Oyster, Spring Onion (S$48++ per portion). This dish, combining the natural sweetness of fresh wild-caught tiger prawns with subtly savoury notes from the lush premium Japanese oysters, is stir-fried to perfection, showcasing a rich and savoury tapestry of flavours. 

The Signature Roasted Crispy Chicken (S$32++ for half portion)’s beautiful golden exterior shatters to reveal juicy and succulent meat with each bite. Seasoned with the iconic Hong-Kong style wind and sand mixture, the crispy chicken is both salty and spicy, made with fried breadcrumbs, fried garlic, crispy rice, and specially seasoned salt.

Diners can complete the festive feast with the Golden Ingot Nian Gao (S$16++ for three pieces). These ingot-shaped glutinous rice cakes symbolise good fortune and wealth, offering a subtle coconut aroma that complements the chewy texture of the dessert.

Chopsuey Cafe roars into the Lunar New Year festivities with four all-new Lunar New Year menus! Each features a diverse array of fusion comfort dishes in the cafe’s signature East meets West style.

From 22 January to 25 February, guests can indulge in the Lunar New Year A-La-Carte menu along with two enticing Set Menus priced at $88++ and $118++ respectively. Additionally, on the first two days of Chinese New Year, an exclusive Vegetarian menu will make its debut. 

From savoury seafood and meats to indulgent sweets, there’s something for every palate! Culinary highlights include:
