Halloween – an annual highlight at CQ @Clarke Quay – returns with a spine-tingling bang this year with their spooktacular day-to-night celebration. Happening on 28 October 2023, experience the ultimate SpooktoberFest like never before, inspired by the iconic Addams Family. As part of the final stages of rejuvenation, CQ @Clarke Quay will also be adding more day-to-night experiences at the quay.
