1. Horse Riding @ Rahman Putra Equine Centre

It's not true that it would cost you a fortune to send your kids to horse riding lessons. Whether you are a new rider or experienced, Rahman Putra Equine Centre (RPEC) offers horse rising lessons from basic to trail ride at an affordable price. On top of that, they are also offering mounted archery and ground archery training or even both training at a cheaper price.

2. Wild-cation @ Sunway Lagoon

Nestled in Bandar Sunway, Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park amuse you with more than 150 species of animals from around the world. The fully interactive zoo attraction, from a journey of learning through their unique Wildlife Encounters, to getting entertained by the talented animal stars in the Wildlife Theatre and feeding gentle animals in the Pet Village, there are various educational and interesting activities for the entire family! Best yet, they are running a weekly livestream on their Facebook so you can get up close to the wildlife in your comfort zone.

3. Fishing @ The Milkfish Lady

Founded by Shamin and Naweshad, the couple is passionate about the sport of fishing and its education. Besides fishing tours, they also run a youth fishing programme sharing the techniques and fun of fishing with young anglers, while educating them about fish conservation. At the end of the session, you also get to know about the rich bodies of water and fish species our terrain has to offer.

4. Sea-Venture @ Aquarium KLCC

Ranked as one of the top 5 aquariums in Asia, Aquarium KLCC sprawl over 60,000 square feet with an amazing showcase of 5,000 land-bound and aquatic creature exhibits. Fun fact – you can actually swim and dive with sharks, stingrays and other majestic creatures inside the underwater cage! It’s a magical place that boasts a 15-foot Flooded Forest Tube Tank exhibit, mesmerizing sharks and adorable sea turtles. You can simply spend half a day at here!

5. Visit Zoo Negara

Spanning over 110 acres around a central lake, Zoo Negara houses 5137 specimens from 476 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish from Asia and Africa. They also offer a kid-friendly exhibit called Children's World, where little ones can get up close and personal with rabbits, ducks, chickens, parrots and guinea pigs. The section also houses a mini-rainforest with a variety of plants, a small aviary, fish pond, miniature horse barn, playground, and a mini cave where numerous artefacts such as skulls of primates, and body parts of various animals can be found.
