3. Learn More about Various Indian Practices at GBB!

You can learn more about the various traditional Indian practices in Singapore, from traditional crafts and trades to games, at the traveling exhibition by the Indian Heritage Centre, which will be making an appearance at the Colonnade. Through the interactive exhibition, where you’ll be able to get hands-on with a series of games and crafts, you’ll be able to observe how the traditional practices have evolved over the years.
Not only that you’ll also get to feast your eyes on the brilliant Rangoli Flower Carpet by renowned Rangoli artist Vijaya Mohan! Traditionally, rangoli is an artwork created on the ground using colored rice or flour, whereas, the Rangoli Flower Carpet is created with something a little different—reused bottles!
4. Register Early for The Young Explorer Carnival!

The Young Explorer Carnival is teeming with things you can do with your little ones, from movie screening and art & craft workshops to performances, from Storytelling Yoga for Kids to live demonstrations of kid's self-defense! Aside from free admission to the carnival, you can also enjoy free popcorn and cotton candy!
Additionally, in support of ‘Say yes to waste less & zero waste’ campaign by Clean & Green Singapore, the Young Explorer Carnival will not be having any form of plastics, including bags, straws and cups. So, do remember to bring your own containers and bags for your purchases from the booths.
5. Join in National Museum’s 132nd Anniversary Celebrations!
