A new integrated development with a Community Club, Swimming Pools, Market and Hawker Centre will replace the existing Chong Pang Community Club!
Replacing the existing Chong Pang Community Club will be a new 0.9 ha integrated development called Chill @ Chong Pang. The development will be larger than a football field and will stand on the site of the existing Chong Pang Community Club and Blk 102 Yishun Avenue 5.
Chill @ Chong Pang is expected to be completed in 2027 and will include three swimming pools, a gymnasium, fitness studios, a commercial space suitable for parents with young children, and more than 300 car park lots. The Chong Pang Market and Food Centre will also be relocated to the new market and hawker once the development is ready.

The current Chong Pang Market and Food Centre will be redeveloped into a new community plaza after it is vacated.
